Deadlock 03:43
I can't remember what you said. So many things just pass me by. Could be a problem with my head, or maybe with the air supply. Imagination underfed. It takes a while to realise - I can't remember what you said, and now I have to justify reasons no longer recalled. Moments chosen, context frozen. Try to be here and now, aware somehow, but the memories fade and die. And who am I? I can't remember where we've been. Is this familiar or new? Looks like I'm counting on you. Though many times I have been told, still everything is unresolved. Sometimes it takes me to the wire - cut to the quick and retire. Stand-off. Snowdrop. Foregone deadlock. Lost in a wilderness of aimlessness and sensations unusual (delusional). Try to be here and now, aware somehow, yet as I roam this hinterland, don't understand just how the world turns from ominous to meaningless, and the memories fade and die. And who am I? (Foregone deadlock)

Ask them no questions, they tell you no lies. Nothing is permanent, everyone dies. I realise we can't be here for long but I could not admit at the time that I never can say goodbye, no. It never needs to be known that I never can say goodbye, no. The feeling of being a man alone. (Auf wiedersehn. Adios. Inuluuarinaa. Adieu. Shalom. Au revoir. Tosiens. Sayonara. Arrivederci. Tsai-jien. Namaste. Ha det bra.) Searching for answers in everyone's eyes, that's where you'll find insincerity lies. Pageant of fakery, bullshit and snakery. Who said the Three Men were wise?

If you dream of utopia how can it be so wrong? If everyone feels so similar why does it take so long to make a world where we're happier and everyone is free, and the atmosphere is healthier, and soil too, and sea? If I told you my opinion you'd laugh and say 'grow up', but why is there such opposition when the status quo is fucked? Can't we just break with tradition? Society unstuck. It takes the grit to make the pearl appear, that's what they say, I know. A perfect world is an imperfect world but why must this be so? Compassion overtaken every day by fear and greed and hate. And all the millions who don't have a choice, is it for them too late? If I told you my opinion you'd laugh and say 'grow up', but why is there such opposition when the status quo is fucked? Can't we just break with tradition? Build a society unstuck?

Silver shining skies appear on the horizon. When this life feels like a dream it's not surprising. Even though you never thought it worth a mention all we really need to do is pay attention. Feeling insignificant is what becomes us. Stillness brings magnificence back into focus as the silver shining skies appear on the horizon.

False Flag 05:17
You think that you have a choice. You think that you have a voice. The fact is the choice is none. The race is already won. Believe in what you believe. It won't make a difference now. There'll be no end or reprieve, except for those we allow. We don't need your permission. We won't ask your approval. We just want your submission, so we begin removal of all the rights you fought for, of all the dreams you work for, the future that you live for, the freedom that you die for. You give us the power we need even though you think you've been freed. The source of your apathy, negligence and lethargy. Isolated from yourselves, cornered in your cyber-shells, tripped into our snare headlong. Did you think that Icke was wrong? Ignorance is bliss but it isn't an excuse. We can make you disappear and they'll never know the truth while we're moving in mysterious ways to keep resistance out of phase. Cloak and dagger policies. Trading in conspiracies. Misdirection every turn. Smoke and mirrors. Never learn we're hiding in plain sight for all to see and not believe with your own eyes although the answer's clear. We subjugate you all to fear. We'll keep the false flag flying here. We'll keep the false flag flying here. Moving in mysterious ways to keep resistance out of phase. We're hiding in plain sight for all to see and not believe with your own eyes although the answer's clear. We subjugate you all to fear. We'll keep the false flag flying here. We'll keep the false flag flying here.

Dissolve 04:20
It only seems to work it if you look away from it. Deny it being observed, the reaction breaks down. And so I sit and wonder if there's any point to it. We falsifying results, spinning theories around. Only could do what I was told 'til I was fourteen years old. When I was seven years old I can't remember at all. In neon earth revolving feel my teeth dissolve in a nightmare rollercoaster crash. Come on, Corinthian death, scratch the surface away. You're such a pain in the armpit but your words are on target. It strikes me how you got to say. Come watch the media storm an eruption away. Only could do what I was told 'til I was fourteen years old. When I was seven years old I can't remember at all. Find the Z-pinch in the double layer. Lose the red shift, solar winds away. You need a variation on a cold creationist. An unfamiliar sight, the perspective breaks down. And so the inspiration lets us move away from it. A gilded Gordian Knot being slowly unwound. Underneath the patterns of old that we had always been told you realise after all it makes no difference at all. Find the Z-pinch in the double layer. Lose the red shift, solar winds away.

about

Muddy's ninth album is a generally downbeat collection, but still with the melodic, harmonic and lyrical idiosyncracies in place which make his work distinctively his own.
