The Chorus Tortoise stood on his toes and wondered what to do next. He had not been able to finish the words and was feeling terribly vexed. So he went to see the Middle-Eight Snake who looked him straight in the eye and said "my sad-faced, turtle-necked friend, it should have been obvious why. Your problem stems from the fact that you can never come out of your shell, but knowing what a naked tortoise looks like, that's probably just as well!" The Chorus Tortoise wasn't the type to sit there and be offended, so he picked up the Middle-Eight Snake and... The rest of it I can't rememb'rit.

Does the story end the same way every time, or do we have a choice? Altering the linear tide of motion with a word, with a voice. Seeing with hindsight, never before. Taking all chances. Decibel floor. Alernate viewpoint. Vacillation. Ninety per-cent procrastination. When the hostile ones surround you, don't forget it's different for them. With the bastard sons of bitch around you take a breath, count to ten. Medicine playschool. Crumbling dice. Delicate chainsaw sculptures in ice. Infinite detail replica horse. We are allowed appropriate force. Taking the tablets every night. Taking the tablets every day. Taking the tablets every way. Taking the tablets every night. Taking the tablets every day. Taking the tablets. Take it away.

about

The fifth Muddy Suzuki release is a rag-tag, grab-bag of an album, a collection of cover versions, alternate readings of Suzuki songs, strange instrumentals and fuzzy half-formed thoughts to keep you going before i get around to making my next proper album.
